Syntech, the late ’80s Dutch electronic project by Edwin Van Der Laag and Huib Shippers, is back! Known for their pure electronic sound, their timeless music has been revived by Vintage Pleasure Boutique with reissues of both albums on CD and vinyl. Now, three fresh remixes by Polish DJ and producer A.P. Mono are available on digital platforms, adding Linn Drum grooves to the original tracks for a dancefloor-ready twist. Fans of Laser Dance and Proxyon will love the retro echoes in these reworks, which retain Syntech’s melancholic, synth-rich DNA while dialing up the energy.
