Peter Wilson returns with “Don’t Stop”, the first single from his forthcoming new album DEVOTION, due for release in January. Recorded almost entirely by Peter himself, DEVOTION sees him returning to the kind of pure, melodic pop that has always suited him best: strong hooks, big choruses and an unmistakable 1980s influence. “Don’t Stop” gives the first taste of that direction, with echoes of Dead or Alive and the glossy energy of classic PWL productions. The release also includes a remix by Greek producer Sakgra, who pushes the track even further into late-80s dance-pop territory with a bright, punchy production that feels like a lost Pete Hammond mix for Stock Aitken Waterman. “Don’t Stop” is out now on all major streaming platforms. It’s the first glimpse of DEVOTION and there’s plenty more to come.
